AAR IFS Application Administrator in WOOD DALE, Illinois

Responsible for supporting IFS Application and Users

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with business to develop and improve business processes in IFS.

  • Create IFS internal customizations: custom menus, custom fields, custom logical units, custom Apps.

  • Manage IFS issue resolution.

  • Manage IFS User application security.

  • Provide IFS end user support for application usage and troubleshooting.

  • Create and maintain IFS Crystal and SQL quick report.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • IFS Application implementation and/or support experience - Required.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects – Required.

  • SQL skills in Oracle environment – Required

  • Extensive knowledge of IFS configurations, business process in procurement, sales, financials - Desired

  • Experience in collaborating with internal users and external consultants - Desired.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in IFS application.
