Analyzes credit data to estimate degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money to firms or individuals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate clients on credit hold for credit release.
Responsible for financial analysis to make prudent business and credit decisions.
Evaluate accounts, establish payment plans and maintain proper follow-up.
Establish credit limits.
Maximize collections and maintain customer relations.
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments.
Perform monthly A/R close function.
Produce spreadsheet reports on a daily and monthly basis.
Analyze account reconciliations
Formulate new analytical and collection applications through creative data processing applications.
All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Understand basic accounting principles and general ledger
