SUMMARY:

  • Manage collections for an assigned portfolio of accounts, which could include US and/or global accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle 50 calls a day on average.

  • Emails are acceptable for global accounts.

  • Engage both internal and external customers in order to facilitate prompt collections.

  • Resolve customer disputes in a timely manner, while working closely with all related parties.

  • Reconcile accounts as needed and as directed by our customers.

  • Prepare refund requests as needed and as directed by our customers.

  • Support Sr. Credit Analyst in the area of risk management.

  • Support Sr. Credit Analyst in the area of order management.

  • Contribute to projects focused on improving collections results and quality events.

  • Additional hours, as approved by management, may be necessary.

  • All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training.
