  • Prepares income and balance sheets, consolidated statements and other accounting statements, report, analyses, operating budgets.

  • Assists in implementation of control systems.

  • Title may specify specialty.


  • Gathers and correlates basic accounting, cash, budget and other financial information using established procedures.

  • Applies fundamental concepts in the application of any judgments to relatively routine matters.

  • Provides accounting for the assigned organization entity or facility, verifying the accuracy of journal entries, budget and accounting classifications and charges to assigned accounts.

  • Conducts special studies and develops financial reports for the facility.

  • Performs such individual assignments as supervisors and superiors may direct; ensures adequate and continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality; establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.

  • Supports monthly close process.

  • Light travel may be required to customers sites.

  • All other duties as assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel required, and the ability to adapt to new systems.


  • Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Degree in Accounting Preferred.

  • Pursuing or possess a CPA is a plus.
