Main function of the role The Technical Services Technician is responsible for ensuring all components, data and engineering support activities received into Technical Services Team (TST) are dealt with, in an accurate manner, within approved processes and to agreed timescales. The Technicians will also be responsible for assisting the Technical Services Engineers as directed by the Team Leader Main responsibilities of the role Support technical requests including, but not limited to technical data verification, produce Trilogi view printouts and investigate LITs anomalies. Identify and resolve technical data issues on Trilogi and in house Inventory Management system and submit F765 as required Process contractually listed in house repairable assets from receipt inspection to final inspection and conditioning post maintenance to include LITs. Process unserviceable assets returned from customers ensuring all LITS and inspection requirements are completed prior to acceptance. Process and confirm serviceability status of assets returning from approved external repair vendors post Maintenance, Repairs or Overhaul and update LITS Life. Identify, confirm and prepare Technical Data requirements for external vendor to ensure compliance during maintenance Introduce and develop plans to improve operations, customer satisfaction, productivity, achievement of contractual metrics and profitability. Where and when required carry out appropriate cross training with relevant Technical Services Team staff Carry out technical investigations as required Promotion of the programs vision and values maintaining a strong relationship with employees and AARs customers. As business needs dictate, the Engineering Services Technicians may be required to undertake work outside the normal working hours Carry out any additional duties at a level commensurate with their existing responsibility as required by the Team Leader

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE - High school diploma or general education degree, GED, required. - Must have a minimum of 1 year related experience and or training
