Maintains and manages the library of technical documents

All Job Grades

§ Ensures integrity (currency and completeness) of all manuals

§ Verifies in house manufacturing and maintenance documentation prior to scanning and filing

§ Identifies and maintains scanned files ensuring easy access when required

§ Maintains archived documents for the period specified in TAS written procedures

§ Performs other duties as assigned

Senior (Job Grade 32)

§ Maintains access to customer web based technical document portals

§ Maintains documentation to support the auditing of the maintenance manuals used throughout the facility

§ Coordinates with Engineering personnel on the release of DER and EAM documentation

§ Coordinates with the manager on the revision, issuance and maintenance of reference publications/manuals in a timely and compliant manner for Operations personnel and the FAA

§ Performs extensive manual revision filing

§ Performs other duties as assigned

Pursuant to International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), applicants for SELECT positions will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residence, or U.S. Immigration Status in order to meet the minimum qualifications for those select positions. § Thorough knowledge of:

  • Microsoft office basics

§ Skill to:

  • Learn industry-related software; office procedures, document handling and archiving
