SUMMARY

Collaborate between sites and functional sections with respect to offshore training JTQP OJTQP ATQE and other requirements. Ensuring all contract and Foreign Nation personnel meet all established training requirements. Set departmental goals and objectives as a critical part of meeting or exceeding the company's mission and obligation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure prepared courses are accurate and meet stated objectives.

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and meeting established contract training requirements.

  • Maintain an up-to-date MIS data system to monitor training activities to include due dates, progression, completion, cases of noncompliance and recording of all program training tasks and requirements.

  • Perform operational oversight to ensure contractor and foreign nation training requirements and common core training activities, including contractor, foreign national and aircrew, are accomplished IAW contractual requirements

  • Ensure personnel are appropriately trained to perform their duties in accordance with contract requirements.

  • Maintain a MIS data system IOT record all training activities of contractor and HN personnel.

  • Maintain records of training activities and program effectiveness.

  • Ensure all training records are accurate and meet contract compliance requirements for recording and safeguarding.

  • Act as the subject matter expert on training regulatory matters and respond to questions from senior management, customers, and students as appropriate.

  • Seek and implement training industry developments and best practices to improve the quality of the program.

  • Maintain a training schedule and ensure it is appropriately distributed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Required

  • B.A. B.S. degree from a four-year college or university in a related field and or combination of education and related experience.

  • 10 years recent experience managing international aviation or technical training programs with significant foreign national training responsibilities is required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience operating a Management Information System MIS.

  • English speaking and written communication skills.

  • Spanish Level L-3 - R-3 Preferred

  • Direct experience within the last five years planning, developing, and conducting training of foreign nationals in aviation-related programs.

  • Aviation training or maintenance MOS series or another military or commercial equivalent.
