SUMMARY:

Responsible for the inspection and maintenance of life support equipment and conducting aircrew training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain records on inspection.

  • Maintain expiration dates and supply inspects and records all controlled items used in first aid kits and vests.

  • Maintain safety procedures and cleanliness of shop.

  • Maintain library of ALSE regulations, procedures, and technical manuals.

  • Position requires a U.S. Department of State Secret Clearance

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED:

  • CMF 15 MOS series or other military/commercial equivalent

  • English language proficiency level 2 (Reading only).

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum five (5) years experience in aviation life support equipment servicing, inspection, and maintenance.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Professional).

  • Spanish language proficiency level 2 required.
