SUMMARY:

Compliance global order fulfillment function responsible for ensuring upstream and downstream processes are performed in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Achieve effective and efficient handling of AAR Government Services customer transactions for after-market aircraft Landing Gear.

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform necessary reviews of customer POs ensuring company andregulatory requirements are met.

  • Ensure all serviceable material is made available in a timely basis inIMOPS to ensure visibility to both Program Management personnel and customerItem Managers

  • Align IMOPS parameters for each Customer Order in accordance withrequirements and monitor fulfillment process to ensure quality andon-time-delivery to the customer.

  • Process Customer Orders in accordance with customer provided SPRSLogic, unless otherwise directed by Program Management Office personnel orcustomer Item Managers.

  • Perform customer required Transportation Shipping Instructions Requestsvia DCMA E-Tools adhering to all compliance standards and perform due diligencescreenings to mitigate risk.

  • Work with local and government teams as well as offsite AAR facilitiesto identify and handle special logistical requirements to ensureon-time-delivery to the customer.

  • Understand hand-offs between Program Management Office, multiple repairsources, government customer requirements, quality, and operations to promptlyresolve order related issues.

  • Manage intercompany material transfers across Program RepairFacilities, and monitor through pick, inspect, pack, and ship processes.

  • Process material issues at remote warehouses.

  • Process shipments at remote warehouses to include Shipping InstructionsRequests via DCMA E-Tools.

  • Routinely provides shipment information and estimated delivery dates toProgram Customers and Item Managers.

  • Conducts inventories of Serviceable and Unserviceable material asdirected by supervisory personnel.

  • Follow-up and audit of IMOPS Shipping and Waybill Processing at allProgram Warehouses.

  • Work hours for this position are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday throughFriday.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited school.

  • Five (5) years' related experience with Government Material in a Performance Based Logistics setting or five (5) years' related military experience with Government Property.

  • PC Literate – Microsoft applications, DCMA E-Tools Shipping Application and IMOPS Processing.
