ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises staff and operations of all departments or a specific production department or manufacturing section. Maintains production schedules. Plans and assigns work, trains employees, and has authority for hiring, termination, discipline, and performance decisions. Responsible for maintaining product quality standards.
