ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Layout panels and enclosures following wiring diagrams and schematics Review technical documents to create and design new test box, hardness. Cut, drill, and mounting of components into enclosures, text box. Wire control panels per specifications Assist purchasing with material ordering Read and wire from an electrical schematic and Bills of Material Create and build electrical hardness, connector Have the ability to perform a variety of complex tasks requiring knowledge of panel assembly Performs inspection, conducts functional and continuity tests of electrical assemblies, components, wire harness, and plugs, using an ohmmeter, voltage and current meters, and other electrical testing instruments to ensure assemblies meet specifications and standards. Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Have good knowledge of electrical & electronic controls components Use of general hand and stationary power tools such as saws, drill press, electric screwdrivers, crimpers and wrenches Troubleshoot test systems. Experience drawing electrical schematics and writing operation instruction documents. CAD program such as Orcad. PCB layout is a plus. PC Literate (Word, Excel, Access) Aircraft Industry Experience a plus
