The Program Manager is responsible for the overall program management of the IDIQ program and all task orders. The primary mission of the Program is full contractor logistics support services for NSRWA rotary wing aircraft on a worldwide basis. The position of Program Manager requires a combination of management ability, communication skills, and leadership qualities. The Program Manager is also required to be highly professional, customer-oriented and thoroughly understand US Army Aviation program requirements and the NSRWA office.
The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall program to provide all logistics support services including labor, services, equipment, tools, direct and indirect materiel required to support and maintain all NSRWA aircraft, aircraft systems, and related support equipment located worldwide and to manage all parts and material worldwide.
Demonstrated competence in project management and technical competence in discipline field(s) and knowledge of industry policies and practices. Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, cost and schedule estimating, systems disciplines, engineering specifications and commercial practices relating to weapon systems procurement and production. The Program Manager shall be knowledgeable of overall organization, direction, and requirements of the contract efforts.
ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serving as primary liaison withgovernment representatives to coordinate all Program actions.
Reviews and analyzes aircraftmaintenance reports and statistical data to detect trends and problemareas.
Serves as a member of senior managementteam, in formulating and establishing organizational policies and operatingprocedures for the company.
Directs, coordinates, and manages allaspects of aircraft maintenance for the assigned fleet.
Provides leadership to the workforcethrough effective goal setting, delegation, and communication.
Aligns goals of the field with AAR’sgoals, policies, and strategies.
The Program Manager shall have theability to meet constraints of time, cost and technical performance, whilefocusing on customers' needs through strong leadership, decision making,management, and communication skills.
The Program Manager shall have recentknowledge of organizational processes, risk management, quality processes andquality management, schedule and cost control, basic contracting law, FederalAcquisition Regulations, Defense Acquisition Regulations, Federal AviationRegulations.
The Program Manager shall review,direct, and coordinate all program actions.
The Program Manager shall be responsiblefor reporting monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Must have at least ten (10) yearsaviation program management
Five (5) years directly managingaircraft maintenance operations highly preferred.
BS/BA in logistics, engineering,computer science, information systems, math or business.Masters of Science desired
It is highly desirable that the selectedindividual have an in-depth background in NSRWA.
It is highly desirable that the selectedindividual have experience managing and reporting a multi-million dollarP&L
Professional verbal and writtencommunication skills for interaction with executive decision makers, composingjob descriptions, proposals, and presentations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality ofsensitive information.
Demonstrated ability to work in acustomer facing role and as a collaborative member of a diverse team
